Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Unroll the
Pie Crusts (1 pckg)
and smear one of them with an even layer of
Creamy Peanut Butter (640 g)
.
Step 3
Put the other prepared pie crust on top and cut 3-inch cookies using a cookie cutter or a glass.
Step 4
Dip the cookies in
Granulated Sugar (100 g)
and coat thoroughly. You can use a fork to make that classic peanut butter cookie imprint design!
Step 5
Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for approximately 12 minutes, or until they’re slightly golden and firm.
Step 6
Let cool and toss in more white sugar.
