Step 1
Wash all fresh produce well. Place Beets (350 g) , Fresh Baby Spinach (60 g) , Red Cabbage (80 g) , Carrots (150 g) , Radishes (1 bunch) , and Celery (75 g) in a large salad bowl with the Almonds (150 g) , Sunflower Seeds (75 g) , and Coconut Shavings (35 g) .
Step 2
Place Olive Oil (45 mL) , Apple Cider Vinegar (5 mL) , Honey (20 g) , the juice from Lemon (1) , Whole Grain Mustard (5 g) , Salt (to taste) , and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) in a small bowl and mix well until it comes together.
Step 3
Pour dressing over salad and toss.
