Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Heat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Stir together the Olive Oil (160 mL) and Garlic (10 g) . Heat for 20 seconds in the microwave. Stir. Brush both sides of the French Bread (2) lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle both sides with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .
Step 3
Spoon some of the garlic onto the top side of the bruschetta as desired.
Step 4
Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 12 minutes until toasted on each side. Broil for 1 to 3 minutes if a crunchier bread is desired.
Step 5
Combine Garlic (6 g) , Sun-Dried Tomatoes (225 g) , Green Olives (60 g) , Kalamata Olives (90 g) , Olive Oil (45 mL) , Capers (15 g) , Balsamic Vinegar (15 mL) , Honey (4 g) , Ground Black Pepper (as needed) , Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1 pinch) in a medium bowl. Stir to mix well.
Step 6
Spread over toasted bruschetta and enjoy!
