Step 1
In a medium sized bowl, beat the Cream Cheese (115 g) , Granulated Sugar (100 g) and Vanilla Extract (2 mL) with a hand mixer on medium speed for about 4 minutes until smooth and creamy.
Step 2
Reduce mixer speed to low, and add half of the Whipped Topping (170 g) . Blend until creamy.
Step 3
Fold in the remaining Whipped Topping (170 g) . Spoon the topping into a pastry bag with a star tip. Set aside.
Step 4
In individual serving dishes, place 1/4 to 1/2 cup of Pound Cakes (400 g) in the bottom. Gently press them down with a spoon. Add a layer of Mandarin Oranges (395 g) and top with a swirl of cheesecake / whipped topping "fluff".
Step 5
Add another layer of cake cubes, press down slightly. Add a layer of Fresh Blackberries (225 g) and fluff. Repeat with Fresh Strawberries (150 g) .
Step 6
Evenly divide the Oranges (2) between the serving dishes, pouring it over the cake and fruit. Top the trifle dessert with a final layer of fluff.
Step 7
Refrigerate before serving. Enjoy!
