Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, beat
Powdered Confectioners Sugar (660 g)
on high speed for a few seconds to break up lumps.
Step 2
Add the
Cream Cheese (510 g)
,
Salted Butter (115 g)
and
Vegetable Shortening (100 g)
. Beat on low, gradually increasing speed. Continue to beat, scraping the sides, on medium speed for 3 to 5 minutes until smooth and creamy.
Step 3
Beat in the
Milk (15 mL)
and
Vanilla Extract (8 mL)
and increase speed and beat for another 1 to 2 minutes until desired consistency and its ready to use.
