Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake papers or spray with butter flavored non stick spray. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, let the

until well combined.

In a separate bowl combine
Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (90 g)

All-Purpose Flour (125 g)

Brown Sugar (110 g)

Ground Cinnamon (3 g)

Salt (3 g)

Ground Nutmeg (1 g)

Ground Allspice (as needed)

Step 4
Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Stir until the batter is just combined, do not overstir.
Step 5
Gently fold in the
Apple (1)

Step 6
Spoon the mixture into the muffin pan, filling each cup two thirds full.
Step 7
Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle is clean.
Step 8
Serve warm with butter and enjoy!
