Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Soak the Buckwheat Groats (85 g) , Pepitas (35 g) , Sunflower Seeds (35 g) , and Dried Red Dates (75 g) in water for 3 hours.
Step 2
Place the soaked ingredients, Black Sesame Seeds (4 g) , White Sesame Seeds (4 g) , Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (100 g) , Ground Cinnamon (as needed) , Cacao Powder (1 g) , and Maple Syrup (30 mL) into a food processor and blend until a paste forms.
Step 3
Press the mixture into a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Step 4
Sprinkle with extra sesame seeds, coconut, and pumpkin ​seeds
Step 5
Bake at 325 degrees F (160 degrees C), for 20-30 minutes. Remove from oven, and let it cool down completely.
Step 6
Cut into 6 bars and enjoy!
