Step 1
Heat
Olive Oil (15 mL)
in a medium-sized skillet over medium heat.
Step 2
Add
Fresh Spinach (240 mL)
to the skillet and cover; allow to cook for 10 minutes. Then cover and remove from heat.
Step 3
Meanwhile heat
Butter (15 g)
in a second skillet over medium-low heat.
Step 4
When the butter has melted and begins to bubble, gently crack the
Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Egg (1)
into the skillet, being careful to not break the yolk.
Step 5
Cook for 1-2 minutes, until the white is opaque and the yolk has set.
Step 6
Top toasted
Whole Wheat Bread (1 slice)
with spinach and a sunny-side-up egg.
