Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Step 2
In a sheet pan, place
Waffle Cut French Fries (1 bag)
and season with
Cajun Seasoning (15 g)
. Arrange in a single layer and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, flip halfway or until the fries are golden and crispy.
Step 3
Remove fries from the oven, add
Pulled Pork (1 pckg)
,
Barbecue Sauce (240 mL)
, and
Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (225 g)
and give a light mix.
Step 4
Lower the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 5
Place the fries back in the oven and continue to bake until the cheese is golden and melted about 3-5 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the Margaritas.
Step 6
Combine the
PATRÓN® Silver Tequila (175 mL)
,
Orange Liqueur (120 mL)
, juice from
Limes (4)
and
Simple Syrup (30 mL)
in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously with ice to chill.
Step 7
Strain onto fresh ice in a rocks glass and garnish with a wedge of
Lime (1)
. Optionally, salt half the rim of the glass with
Kosher Salt (to taste)
.
Step 8
Top with
Red Onion (1/4)
and
Scallions (2 stalks)
. Enjoy immediately with the cocktails!
