Step 1
Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine
Lean Ground Beef (905 g)

Fish Sauce (15 mL)
,
Garlic (2 cloves)
,
Tabasco® Original Red Pepper Sauce (1 dash)

Salt (to taste)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
.
Step 3
Form four medium size hamburger patties.
Step 4
Place the burgers on the grill for about 5 minutes on the first side and flip.
Step 5
Cook burgers for an additional 2 minutes. The last remaining minute add the
Cheddar Cheese (4 slices)
to allow for it to melt on the patties.
Step 6
Remove from heat and let the patties rest before serving.
Step 7
Place patties on top of
Brioche Hamburger Buns (4)
and garnish with
Bacon (4 slices)
,
Butter Lettuce (4 pieces)
,
Tomatoes (4 slices)
,
Red Onions (as needed)
, and
Mayonnaise (to taste)
