Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 2
In a high-speed blender, process both Hemp Hearts (80 g) and Spelt Flakes (45 g) together to turn them into flour.
Step 3
In a bowl combine powdered hemp and oats, Granulated Erythritol (25 g) , Ground Flaxseed (10 g) , Baking Powder (2 g) , Ground Cinnamon (as needed) , and Himalayan Rock Salt (as needed) . Stir all the dry ingredients together then add the Peaches (100 g) .
Step 4
Fold in the Egg (1) and Coconut Oil (15 mL) until all ingredients are combined. You should get a soft and moist but shapable mixture.
Step 5
Scoop out dough into small round balls onto a baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Step 6
Let the cookies cool down completely. If the climate is very hot, store the cookies in an air-tight container in your fridge.
