Step 1
Do a rough chop through the Dark Sweet Cherries (1 can) and Light Sweet Cherries (1 can) , leaving them halved or quartered.
Step 2
Place the cherries and Red Raspberries (1 can) in a large bowl with the Granny Smith Apples (220 g) , Sweetened Coconut Flakes (85 g) , Mini Marshmallows (100 g) , and Slivered Almonds (55 g) .
Step 3
In a standing mixer or with a hand mixer, mix the Cream Cheese (115 g) and Powdered Confectioners Sugar (110 g) until combined. With the mixer still on, slowly drizzle in the Heavy Cream (240 mL) . Continue to whip on high until soft peaks form.
Step 4
Pour the whipping cream into the bowl of fruit and toss together until well combined. Refrigerate covered for at least 2 hours.
Step 5
Top with additional whipped cream and sprinkles before serving.
