Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Mix together All-Purpose Flour (125 g) , Quick Cooking Oats (80 g) , Brown Sugar (110 g) , and Baking Soda (1 g) . Cut Butter (120 g) into squares and add into dry ingredients. Work together with your hands until the mixture is coarse and crumbly.
Step 3
Set 1/2 cup of the crumb mixture aside and mix it with the Pecans (50 g) .
Step 4
Pour the rest of the mixture into a 9" x 9" pan lined with parchment paper, and press down evenly.
Step 5
In a small bowl, whisk Canned Pumpkin Purée (110 g) , Egg (1) , Maple Extract (5 mL) , Ground Cinnamon (1 pinch) , Ground Nutmeg (1 pinch) , Ground Allspice (1 pinch) , and Salt (1 pinch) together and pour on top of the crumb mixture and spread evenly.
Step 6
Sprinkle the reserved crumbles and pecans evenly on the top.
Step 7
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
Step 8
Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
Step 9
Mix the Powdered Confectioners Sugar (110 g) , Maple Extract (5 mL) , and Whole Milk (8 mL) together and drizzle on the slightly cooled bars. Serve and Enjoy.
