Step 1
Cut each hard boiled
Eggs (6)
in half lengthwise.
Step 2
Carefully remove the yolks from each egg and place in a mixing bowl. Be careful not to break the whites!
Step 3
Mash the yolks with a fork until creamy.

Add the
Mayonnaise (55 g)

Avocados (35 g)

Swiss Cheese (25 g)
, and
Dijon Mustard (3 g)
and stir to combine. Season the yolk mixture with the
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)

Step 5
Spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg white cups.
Step 6
Top each half with a sprinkle of
Bacon (6 slices)
and serve!
