Cooking Instructions

Step 1
In a skillet heat up Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) and Garlic (1 clove) . Saute on low heat until garlic gets a nice golden color.
Step 2
Wash and cut in half the Grape Tomatoes (8) .
Step 3
Add tomatoes to skillet. Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) . Cook on medium-high for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add Salmon Fillets (100 g) , cook on medium for 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
Add the Heavy Cream (150 mL) , adjust with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and let simmer on low for 2-3 min. Add the Fresh Parsley (1 Tbsp) .
Step 6
Meanwhile, cook the Rotini Pasta (100 g) based on packaging instructions.
Step 7
Add it to the skillet and saute it with the sauce on low-medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
Step 8
Transfer to a plate and garnish with parsley.
