Step 1

, and whisk the ingredients together gently.
Step 4
Add the remaining half of
Type 00 Flour (100 g)
and
Almond Milk (50 g)
and continue to whisk together. You should get a creamy batter.
Step 5
Stir in 2/3 of the
Cherries (130 g)
.
Step 6
Oil and dust with flour an 18-centimeter cake pan, pour in the batter, and decorate the top with the remaining
Cherries (70 g)
and all of the
Dark Chocolate Chips (50 g)
.
Step 7
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 40 to 45 minutes.

Let the cake cool down completely before serving it.
