Step 1
First, thinly slice the Pork Livers (250 g) .
Step 2
Next, in a skillet over low heat add Sesame Oil (30 mL) and Garlic (1 clove) , and cook garlic until it turns color into golden.
Step 3
Then, add the sliced liver and season with Salt (to taste) and Chili Flakes (as needed) , sauté on medium-high until meat is cooked.
Step 4
Sprinkle with Sesame Seeds (9 g) and Parsley (3 g) before serving.
