Step 1
Roughly cut Bananas (3) into chunks and combine together with Granulated Sugar (50 g) , Milk (100 mL) , Whipping Cream (300 mL) , juice from Lemon (1) and Vanilla Extract (5 mL) . Blend mixture to smooth.
Step 2
Chill mixture for several hours.
Step 3
Pour the chilled mixture into the ice cream maker and churn till ice cream is formed, approximately 30 - 40 minutes until soft ice cream is formed or according to maker's instruction.
Step 4
Spoon the soft ice cream into a container and freeze for 3-4 hours before serving. Enjoy!
