Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Line an 8x11 pan with parchment paper. Set aside. Place Sesame Seeds (35 g) on baking sheet and toast in oven for about 5 minutes or until toasted lightly.
Step 2
Place Quinoa (510 g) , Gluten-Free Rolled Oats (100 g) , sesame seeds, Pepitas (50 g) , Ground Cinnamon (3 g) and Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (35 g) in a large bowl. Mix all together. Set aside.
