Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Peel the Garlic (4 cloves) . Grate the Parmesan Cheese (30 g) .
Step 2
Blend the Fresh Basil Leaves (60 g) , chopped Walnuts (185 g) , grated parmesan cheese, and garlic in a food processor.
Step 3
Slowly add in Olive Oil (240 mL) while food processor is blending other ingredients. Blend until it reaches a sauce-like consistency.
Step 4
Season with Salt (6 g) and Ground Black Pepper (1 g) .
Step 5
Serve with my homemade whole wheat pasta and enjoy!
