Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Step 2
Wash and cube
Red Potatoes (6)
and place in a bowl.
Step 3
Stir in
Olive Oil (60 mL)
to coat potatoes.
Step 4
Sprinkle in
Dried Rosemary (2 g)
,
Dried Thyme (2 g)
, and
Salt (6 g)
and mix well.
Step 5
Spread potatoes evenly onto a baking sheet. Bake at 425 for 30-40 minutes or until slightly brown. Shake baking sheet every 10 minutes so potatoes don't burn!
