Step 1
In a blender combine
Fresh Blackberries (215 g)
, juice from
Lemon (1)

Granulated Sugar (4 Tbsp)
, and
Water (1 Tbsp)

Step 2
Purée everything together.
Step 3
Add
Vanilla Extract (as needed)
and
Low-Fat Plain Yogurt (250 g)
, and pulse blender a few times to mix all the ingredients together.
Step 4
Transfer the mixture to the ice cream maker bowl, and process it acccording to manufacturer's instructions.
Step 5
When ready, scoop ice cream into serving bowls and top with crushed
Almonds (2 Tbsp)
, if desired. Serve and enjoy!
