Step 1
To make the muesli: Gather all the ingredients then soak in water the
Buckwheat Groats (85 g)

Pepitas (35 g)

Sunflower Seeds (35 g)
, and
Dried Red Dates (75 g)
for 3 hours.
Step 2
Blend Buckwheat Groats, Pumpkin Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Red Dates,
Black Sesame Seeds (4 g)
,
White Sesame Seeds (4 g)
,
Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (100 g)
,
Cacao Powder (1 g)
, and
Ground Cinnamon (as needed)
together into a food processor until well combined. Just a few pulses will do.
Step 3
For the yogurt: Gather
Coconut Meat (95 g)
,
Coconut Water (120 mL)
,
Cashew Nuts (185 g)
,
Probiotic Capsules (2)
,
Spirulina Powder (as needed)
, and blend them together until smooth
Step 4
Pour into a cup of glass jar, cover with a towel and place it in a warm place (like your oven with the internal light on) for 7-8 hours, letting the probiotic to ferment. Place now the bowl into your fridge for 24 more hours. You now should have a sour thick yogurt.
Step 5
Serve it up with your muesli and some fresh fruit and enjoy!
