Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Step 2
In a skillet, toast the Chickpea Flour (285 g) . This will reduce some of the bean flavor.
Step 3
In a large bowl, mix together Coconut Oil (120 mL) , Coconut Sugar (110 g) , Egg (1) , and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) until smooth and creamy. Add the Orange (1) .
Step 4
In a separate bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, Baking Soda (1 tsp) , and Salt (as needed) . Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until well combined. Fold in Dark Chocolate (100 g) .
Step 5
Use a medium cookie scoop to scoop dough onto parchment-lined baking sheet. Barely flatten the tops of the cookies with the tips of your fingers. Bake for 12 minutes or until edges is slightly golden brown.
Step 6
Allow cookies to cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool.
Step 7
Serve and enjoy!
