Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Line a couple of baking sheets with foil, parchment paper, or silicone baking mats for easy clean-up. Set aside.
Step 2
Shred the Carrots (150 g) .
Step 3
In a large bowl, mix together Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (180 g) , shredded carrot, Unsalted Raw Pecans (125 g) , Raw Walnuts (125 g) , Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (50 g) , Raisins (70 g) , Maple Syrup (60 mL) , Coconut Oil (60 mL) , Ground Cinnamon (3 g) , Salt (3 g) , Ground Ginger (as needed) , Chia Seeds (as needed) , Ground Nutmeg (as needed) , and Ground Cloves (1 pinch)
Step 4
Mix together all of the ingredients until everything is evenly coated with coconut oil, spices, and syrup.
Step 5
Divide the mixture evenly between the two baking sheets and spread out.
Step 6
Place the baking sheets into the oven to bake for about 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through the baking time. Once done, remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
Step 7
Enjoy or store in an air-tight container for 5-7 days.
