Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and line a baking sheet with foil, parchment paper, or a silicone baking mat; set aside.
Step 2
Place Raw Cashews (60 g) , Raw Walnuts (60 g) , Coconut Chips (30 g) , Pepitas (50 g) , Raw Sunflower Seeds (45 g) , Flaxseed Meal (40 g) , Dried Blueberries (40 g) , Honey (85 g) , Coconut Butter (15 g) , Chia Seeds (2 g) , and Vanilla Extract (2 mL) a large bowl.
Step 3
Mix together to coat evenly.
Step 4
Spread the mixture out onto the prepared baking sheet and place in the oven to bake for 10-15 minutes or until the nuts are fragrant and just starting to brown.
Step 5
Once done, remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
Step 6
When cooled, store in an airtight container or enjoy right away!
