Cooking Instructions

Mince the Garlic (3 g) .
Step 2
Place the Light Mayonnaise (115 g) , Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (120 g) , Gorgonzola Cheese (55 g) , 2% Reduced Fat Milk (15 mL) , Port Wine (9 mL) , and minced garlic into a medium bowl and stir together to combine. Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .
Step 3
Set aside the prepared dressing.
Step 4
Rinse and dry the Lettuce (1/2 head) , cut it into quarters, and plate each wedge with the middle pointed upward.
Step 5
Halve the Cherry Tomatoes (12) .
Step 6
Cook the Center Cut Bacon (4 slices) according to package directions if not already cooked. When cool, crumble into pieces.
Step 7
Hardboil the Eggs (2) if not already hardboiled. Let cool, peel, and chop roughly.
Step 8
Top each wedge with about 2 tablespoons of the cheese dressing and 1/4 of the cherry tomatoes.
Step 9
Divide evenly and sprinkle on the egg, bacon, and Blue Cheese (15 g) .
Step 10
Enjoy right away or store in the fridge for up to an hour before serving.
