Cooking Instructions

Chop the Red Onion (1/2) .

Mince the Garlic (1 clove) .

Brown the Extra Lean Ground Beef (455 g) , red onion, and garlic in a large skillet until the beef cooked through and the onions are soft.

Stir in the Tomato Paste (170 g) , Water (60 mL) , Yellow Mustard (15 g) , and Dill Pickle Relish (120 g) to the meat mixture and remove from the heat; set aside.
Step 5
Halve the Cherry Tomatoes (16) .
Step 6
Shred the Reduced-Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese (55 g) .
Step 7
Place about 2 cups of Romaine Lettuce (375 g) in each bowl or plate.
Step 8
Divide the meat mixture evenly among the salads.
Step 9
Top each with 4 cherry tomatoes and about 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese, then sprinkle on 1 teaspoon of the Sesame Seeds (10 g) .
