Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Prepare a baking dish by lightly coating it with Non-Stick Baking Spray (as needed) .
Step 2
Melt the Light Butter (115 g) .
Step 3
In a large bowl, beat together the melted butter and Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs (2) .
Step 4
Add in Brown Sugar (75 g) Baking Powder (6 g) Vanilla Extract (8 mL) Ground Cinnamon (3 g) and Sea Salt (2 g) . Stir until no lumps remain.
Step 5
Add the 2% Reduced Fat Milk (240 mL) and stir to combine.
Step 6
Finally, add the Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (270 g) and stir well.
Step 7
Pour the mixture out into the prepared baking dish, cover and set in the fridge overnight.
Step 8
Once the oatmeal has set overnight, remove it from the fridge and preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 9
Place the baking dish in the oven to bake for about 30-45 minutes or until the edges are starting to brown and the oatmeal has set.
Step 10
When it's done, remove from the oven and allow to cool just slightly before serving. If desired, top with fresh fruits, milk, honey, syrup, etc!
