Step 1
Place
Barbecue Sauce (240 mL)
into the base of the Instant Pot and set aside.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix together the
Extra Lean Ground Beef (455 g)
,
Whole Wheat Breadcrumbs (35 g)
,
Irish Cheddar Cheese (55 g)
,
White Onions (40 g)
,
Egg (1)
,
Garlic (2 cloves)
,
Dried Parsley (as needed)
,
Dried Basil (1 g)
,
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
until well combined.
Step 3
Use a 1 inch -1 1/2 inch scoop to portion out the meat mixture and roll each into a ball.
Step 4
Transfer the meatballs to the Instant Pot and cover them with the remaining
Barbecue Sauce (240 mL)
and
Guinness® Stout Beer (30 mL)
.
Step 5
Secure the lid and set the valve to 'Sealed'. Set the Instant Pot to manual and cook for 7 minutes.
Step 6
Allow the pressure to release naturally (this takes about 10 minutes). Then remove the lid.
