Step 1
Combine GREY GOOSE® La Poire Vodka (2 fluid ounce), ST. GERMAIN (1 fluid ounce), and Grape Juice (0.75 fluid ounce) into a shaker with Ice (as needed), and shake vigorously.
Step 2
Half the Lemon (1) and half around the rim of a cocktail coupe and roll the glass into Granulated Sugar (to taste).
Step 3
Strain the mixture into the coupe.
Step 4
Top with MARTINI Prosecco (2 fluid ounce).
Step 5
Garnish with a lemon peel.
