In a mixing tin, muddle the
Simple Syrup (1 fl oz)

Lime Juice (0.8 fl oz)

Fresh Mint Leaves (6)

Step 2
Add the
BOMBAY SAPPHIRE (1.5 fl oz)
and
Ice (as needed)
, and shake for 8 seconds.
Step 3
Strain (double strain if you don’t like mint pieces in your drink) into a highball/Collins glass filled with fresh
Ice (as needed)

Step 4
Top off with
Ginger Beer (2 fl oz)
. Slap the
Fresh Mint (1 sprig)
on the back of your hand to release the aromatic oils and add to the glass as garnish.
