Step 1

Mix ABERFELDY® 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (2 fluid ounce), Pink Guava Purée (1 fluid ounce), Ginger Simple Syrup (0.75 fluid ounce), and the juice from Lemon (1) into a shaker with ice. Shake well.

Step 2

Pour into a double rocks glass with a Fine Ground Kala Namak Salt (as needed) rim.

Step 3

Garnish with a fan of Fresh Ginger (3 slice). Top with Ilegal Mezcal Joven (0.25 fluid ounce).
