Step 1
Line your crock pot with aluminum foil leaving enough to cover the potatoes completely. Spray aluminum foil with
Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed)

Step 2
Add
Baby Red Potatoes (905 g)
and cover with
Ranch Seasoning Powder Mix (15 g)
. Top with
Bacon (8 slices)
,
Sharp Cheddar Cheese (225 g)
, reserving 1/2 cup of cheese and 1 tablespoon of bacon for the end. Add
Fresh Chives (10 g)
, reserving 1 teaspoon. Cover and close the foil, making sure to seal all openings.
Step 3
Put the lid on and cook on high heat for 3 to 4 hours, until potatoes are fork-tender.
Step 4
Add the reserved cheese and bacon then cover and seal again. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
Step 5
Sprinkle with chives and season with
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Serve warm right out of the slow cooker, or transfer to a serving plate.
