Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Spray a 9x12-inch casserole dish with non-stick spray.
Step 2
Cook Lean Ground Beef (455 g) and Mexican Chorizo (225 g) until browned. Stir in Salsa Verde (255 g) and Water (120 mL) . Simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Cut Large Flour Tortillas (2) into halves or quarters and create a layer in the bottom of the baking dish.
Step 4
Evenly spread half of the chorizo mixture. Top with Canned Black Beans (200 g) , Mexican Style Canned Corn (155 g) , and Salsa Verde (130 g) . Sprinkle with Monterey Jack Cheese (150 g) .
Step 5
Repeat the layers: Large Flour Tortillas (2) , meat mixture, Canned Black Beans (200 g) , Mexican Style Canned Corn (155 g) , Salsa Verde (130 g) , and Monterey Jack Cheese (150 g) .
Step 6
Bake for 30-45 minutes, until heated through and bubbly.
Step 7
Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
