Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Cut White Onion (1) , Red Bell Pepper (1) , Green Bell Pepper (1) , and Zucchini (1) into larger chunks. Separate individual onion layers.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, blend together all the cut vegetables, Cherry Tomatoes (12) , Lemon (1/2) , Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (60 mL) , Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (as needed) , Fresh Parsley (6 g) , and Salt (3 g) . Set aside.
Step 3
Preheat grill to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 4
Alternately thread vegetables onto the skewers.
Step 5
Grill kabobs for 15 minutes, flipping occasionally.
Step 6
Serve and enjoy!
