Step 1
In a food processor pulse Walnuts (60 g) and Garlic (1 clove) until fine.
Step 2
Add the Jarred Roasted Red Peppers (240 mL) , Sun-Dried Tomatoes (25 g) , Fresh Parsley (10 g) , Cayenne Pepper (as needed) and Salt (3 g) and pulse again until incorporated.
Step 3
Add Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (80 mL) slowly and continue to pulse until smooth.
Step 4
Serve with your favorite dipping ingredients such as Mixed Vegetables (to taste) or Bread (to taste) .
