Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Line an 8-inch-square baking pan with foil and spray with Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed) .
Step 2
Combine the All-Purpose Flour (125 g) , Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (85 g) , Ground Cinnamon (3 g) , Ground Nutmeg (1 g) , Ground Ginger (as needed) , and Sea Salt (3 g) in a medium bowl.
Step 3
Microwave the Unsalted Butter (110 g) and Dulce de Leche (150 g) in a large bowl until butter is melted; stir well. Add the Brown Sugar (110 g) and mix well. Stir in the 100% Pumpkin Purée (225 g) and Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Egg (1) . Add the flour mixture and stir just until combined. Pour into prepared pan.
Step 4
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan.
Step 5
Lift from the pan using foil and remove the foil. Cut into bars.
