Step 1
Bake the
Puff Pastry Bites (24)
according to package instructions. Dice the
Red Onion (1)

Red Chili Pepper (1)
, and
Carrot (1)

Step 2
For the sauce, combine the
Hoisin Sauce (60 mL)
,
Olive Oil (5 mL)
,
Water (80 mL)
,
Peanut Butter (40 g)
,
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1 pinch)
,
Lime (1)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch)
in a large bowl. Set aside.
Step 3
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, add the
Olive Oil (15 mL)
,
Ground Chicken (225 g)
,
Salt (to taste)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Cook chicken until no longer pink. Remove chicken skillet and set aside in a bowl.
Step 4
Toss the hoisin peanut mixture with the chicken and set aside.
Step 5
Using the same skillet with some olive oil, saute diced carrots, red pepper and red onion until softened, about 7 minutes. Remove skillet from heat.
Step 6
Take a puff pastry bite and fill each bite with chicken and top with veggies and garnish with
Radishes (to taste)
and
Fresh Parsley (to taste)
. Repeat until all the mixture has been used. Enjoy!
