Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Slice the brussels sprouts to make 3 cups. Dice the Bacon (3 pieces) .
Step 3
In a large skillet, melt Unsalted Butter (40 g) and add the bacon. Crisp the bacon for about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the sliced Brussels Sprouts (270 g) with a little Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and continue to cook until softened; about 5 minutes.
Step 5
Add the All-Purpose Flour (10 g) , stir, and cook for another minute.
Step 6
Gradually add the Cream (180 mL) and Half and Half (120 mL) . Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for another five minutes.
Step 7
Remove skillet from heat, and stir in Mozzarella Cheese (55 g) .
Step 8
Pour the brussels sprout mixture into the baking dish and sprinkle top with Gorgonzola Cheese (100 g) . Bake for about 25 minutes and with a few minutes left turn the broiler on to get a nice golden cheesy crust on top.
Step 9
Serve immediately and enjoy!
