Step 1
Preheat your oven to 355 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
In a large bowl mash the
Bananas (2)
together with the
Salt (3 g)
then add
Coconut Oil (30 mL)
,
Organic Eggs (2)
,
Apple Sauce (95 g)
,
Almond Butter (80 g)
and
Vanilla Extract (5 mL)
. Mix until all is combined.
Step 3
Stir in the
Gluten-Free Oat Flour (60 g)
,
Almond Flour (80 g)
,
Ground Cinnamon (1 g)
, and
Baking Powder (4 g)
.
Step 4
Use some coconut oil to grease the cake pan (bottom and sides) then lightly dust it with some oat flour. Pour in the batter.
Step 5
Drizzle the
Strawberry Jam (160 g)
on top and using the back of a spoon mix in the jam with the regular batter. Swirl it around a little too.
Step 6
Bake in pre-heated oven for 40-45 minutes. Let it cool it down and enjoy!
