Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 2
Cream the Olive Oil (120 mL) , Granulated Sugar (65 g) , Brown Sugar (75 g) , Vanilla Extract (10 mL) , and Egg (1) together in a medium bowl. Add the Almond Flour (60 g) , All-Purpose Flour (95 g) , Salt (3 g) , and Baking Soda (1 g) . Mix until thoroughly combined. Fold in the Mini Chocolate Chips (175 g) .
Step 3
Scoop the cookie dough out with a cookie scoop and place on a lined baking sheet two inches apart from one another.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the center of the cookie is no longer shiny and has domed.
Step 5
Let cool at least 20 minutes before eating.
