Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 2
In a medium saucepan, melt the Butter (120 g) and Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (85 g) together until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Step 3
In a medium-sized bowl, mix the Eggs (2) , Granulated Sugar (150 g) , and Brown Sugar (55 g) . Add the chocolate mixture, All-Purpose Flour (85 g) , Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (20 g) , and Baking Soda (1 g) and mix until combined. Stir in Vanilla Extract (5 mL) .
Step 4
Pour batter into a greased 8x8-inch or 9x9-inch baking pan. Drizzle with Caramel Sauce (30 mL) and sprinkle with Pretzel Sticks (55 g) , Pecans (35 g) , and Chocolate Chips (40 g) .
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, then let cool for a few minutes and serve.
