Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Top the Lavash (1) with Olive Oil (5 mL) and brush over surface. Sprinkle with Salt (to taste) . Top with Apple (1) , Dried Rosemary (as needed) , Ground Black Pepper (to taste) , and Cheddar Cheese (30 g) .
Step 3
Bake for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese has mostly melted.
Step 4
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Raisins (9 g) . Return to the oven and bake for 2 minutes more.
Step 5
Serve and enjoy!
