Step 1
Combine together
Canned Tuna (1 can)

Lemons (1 1/4)

Olive Oil (5 mL)

Cayenne Pepper (1 pinch)

Scallions (4 g)
. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Step 2
Pour
Olive Oil (15 mL)
and a bit of
Salt (to taste)
onto
Kale (75 g)
. Massage with hands for 2-3 minutes (or until kale looks darker, wiltier, and a bit like it is cooked).
Step 3
Top kale with tuna, 1 Tbsp of Lemon Juice,
Balsamic Vinegar (8 mL)
