Step 1
Combine together Canned Tuna (1 can) , juice from 1/2 Lemons (1 1/4) , Olive Oil (5 mL) , Cayenne Pepper (1 pinch) , Salt (to taste) , Ground Black Pepper (to taste) , and Scallions (4 g) . Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Step 2
Pour Olive Oil (15 mL) and a bit of Salt (to taste) onto Kale (75 g) . Massage with hands for 2-3 minutes (or until kale looks darker, wiltier, and a bit like it is cooked).
Step 3
Top kale with tuna, 1 Tbsp of Lemon Juice, Balsamic Vinegar (8 mL) , Salt (to taste) , Ground Black Pepper (to taste) , Carrots (35 g) , Apple (1) , Salted Almonds (30 g) , and Tomato (1) , if using.
Step 4
Serve and enjoy!
