Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Put Garlic (8 cloves) , Fresh Rosemary (1 g) , Fresh Basil (2 g) , Kale (50 g) , Assorted Nuts (140 g) , crumbled or grated Cheese (160 g) , Olive Oil (60 mL) , zest and juice from Lemon (1) ), Salt (to taste) , and Cayenne Pepper (to taste) in a food processor.
Step 2
Blend for 20-40 seconds, scrape down the sides and blend for about 10 seconds more. Taste for seasoning.
Step 3
Spread mixture on bread. Either broil for 2-5 minutes (watch it carefully so it doesn't burn), bake until bubbly and browned, or put between the Bread (1 loaf) , wrap in foil, and bake until warmed through.
Step 4
Serve and enjoy!
