Step 1
Prepare the

Toss
Cayenne Pepper (to taste)
, tomatoes, onion and cucumber to the bowl. Toss together with the melon in a large bowl.
Step 3
Whisk together
Balsamic Vinegar (45 mL)
, mint, basil,
Salt (to taste)

Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
, and a bit of cayenne, if using. Stream in
Olive Oil (30 mL)
as you whisk.
Step 4
Toss melon mixture with dressing. Add crumbled
