Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Prepare the Cantaloupes (320 g) , Tomatoes (180 g) , Cucumbers (65 g) , and Red Onions (80 g) . Dice the Fresh Mint (3 g) and Fresh Basil (2 g) .
Step 2
Toss Cayenne Pepper (to taste) , tomatoes, onion and cucumber to the bowl. Toss together with the melon in a large bowl.
Step 3
Whisk together Balsamic Vinegar (45 mL) , mint, basil, Salt (to taste) , and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) , and a bit of cayenne, if using. Stream in Olive Oil (30 mL) as you whisk.
Step 4
Toss melon mixture with dressing. Add crumbled Feta Cheese (115 g) Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve and enjoy!
