Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine

Step 2
In a separate bowl combine
Buckwheat Flour (180 g)

Raw Cacao Powder (80 g)
, and
Baking Powder (60 g)
. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix well.
Step 3
Melt
Coconut Oil (as needed)
on a large skillet or pan over medium/high heat. Place mold onto the pan and pour 1/4 cup batter into a mold or less if your mold is smaller. Flip immediately once bubbles form.
Step 4
Enjoy with warmed
Coconut Butter (to taste)
