Step 1
Cut
Steak (905 g)
into smaller pieces.
Step 2
Add
All-Purpose Flour (40 g)
to ziplock bag, and add steaks, one at a time to ziplock bag to flour meat.
Step 3
Add
Oil (30 mL)
to Instant Pot. Turn on Sauté settings. Add steak in batches to Instant Pot. Cook on each side until browned and crispy.
Step 4
Set cube steak aside. Deglaze bottom of Instant Pot with 3 tablespoons of the
Beef Broth (480 mL)
.
Step 5
Add
Onions (2)
and cook them until tender, then return cube steak on top of onions.
Step 6
Mix remaining beef broth,
Cream of Celery Soup (300 g)
and Lipton
Onion Soup Dry Packet (1)
.
Step 7
Add sauce mixture over the cube steak and cook on Manual High for 20 minutes. After, quick release pressure.
Step 8
Turn off Instant Pot and rest for 5 minutes. Serve over rice or with mashed potatoes and enjoy!
