Step 1
Place Garlic (2 cloves) and juice from the Lemon (1) in a medium bowl. In a slow steady stream pour the Olive Oil (105 mL) into the bowl while whisking vigorously. You will begin to see your dressing thicken up and become smooth and glossy.
Step 2
Next whisk in your Fresh Parsley (3 g) , Fresh Dill (as needed) , Salt (2 g) , and Ground Black Pepper (as needed) .
Step 3
Allow dressing to sit at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to develop. Shake vigorously before serving.
